What is a conjoint analysis and what will it tell me about the Employee Value Proposition?
A conjoint analysis is a statistical technique used to determine how people value different features of an offering in cases where feature and level trade-offs need to be made. For the employee value proposition, a conjoint survey helps us understand which portions of the proposition employees value the most when it isn’t possible to provide the highest level of all proposition features.

Will I get a copy of the survey results?
Once sufficient survey responses have been received, all participants will receive instructions on how to download a complimentary report (PDF) containing the survey findings.
